​Our transaction coordinators take over from the moment you have an executed contract and process the file to a successful closing. We'll take care of the paperwork, so you can focus on your customer!

  • Verify all contracts and necessary addenda are executed, completed, and submitted

  • Maintain constant contact with with all parties involved (i.e. buyers/sellers, co-broke agent, lender, title company, home inspector, etc) & provide regular status updates to all parties

  • Act as liaison between title company, listing/selling agents, customers, lender, etc

  • Offer software (if needed) to organize transaction information including property address, contact information of all parties involved, paperwork, etc

  • Create and monitor timeline contingency calendar & update all parties of deadlines

  • Make contact with the lender and follow up with loan status

  • Make contact with closing agent and obtain escrow verification; follow up on status

  • Follow up with title company, lender, etc, for status updates on necessary inspections, reports, etc

  • Create, upload, and maintain transaction through transaction management program

  • Order home warranty, if needed

  • Provide a list of vendors upon request

  • Schedule vendor appointments/inspections

  • Request final Closing Disclosure from closing agent for review

  • Follow up with closing company/lender on closing day to ensure smooth closing

  • Submission of file to brokerage for compliance

  • Complete and submit commission disbursement forms
