Assist-a-Pro will provide a qualified, fully trained assistant to assist agents in the following areas:

Packages can start with as little as 20 hours. However, the more hours you buy the less expensive it is per hour.


Unused hours never expire and may roll over each month!

Real Estate Transaction Coordinators:


We will work with you to facilitate a transaction from contract to close.


A nominal fee is charged when the file is submitted and the remainder is charged only if the file successfully closes.


  • Set up and maintain contract file

  • Coordinate and process paperwork 

  • Review contract to ensure it is fully executed with proper dates, signatures, initials

  • Keep track of deadlines per contract agreement and provide reminders to agent

    • Escrow money

    • Mortgage approval

    • Coordinate all inspections

    • Association application and approval

    • Track condo doc deadline

  • Coordinate with title company or closing attorney

  • Ensure all required documents are in transaction point prior to closing

  • If agreed to in advance, we will be a liaison with the customer throughout the sale process

  • Communicate with agent regularly to keep informed of progress


You will have 24/7 access to your file using your personal login to our innovative transaction software.


New Listing Package:



  • Organize listing paperwork – ensuring signatures and correct documents are included

  • Write copy

  • Input listing into MLS

  • Upload photos

  • Submit new listing to branch office with appropriate paperwork



Includes all services from the Basic Package plus the addition of the following:


  • Coordinate professional photography/virtual tour Order signage

  • Coordinate with you any marketing brochures/mailing (Additional charge for printing and postage) Cont. next page

  • Upload listing to personal website and add additional photos on ($25 fee for non-Showcase Members)

  • Post listing to agent’s preferred social media outlets

  • Order Realtor e-blast if applicable (additional charge will apply)

  • Input correct showing instructions into Showing Time

  • Make any enhancements to Voicepad
